One can offer one of the five methods that his target market can call:
Interactive Audi text--pre-recorded: This messages responds to caller's choice.
Live audios: An operator or group discussion interacts with a caller. Truly, this is more expensive for one to operate than pre-recorded messages.
Messaging: Callers leave recorded messages, such as their name, address, product specifications, order information, etc.
