Five service methods of 1-900
One can offer one of the five methods that his target market can call:
  1. Interactive Audi text--pre-recorded: This messages responds to caller's choice.

  2. Live audios: An operator or group discussion interacts with a caller. Truly, this is more expensive for one to operate than pre-recorded messages.

  3. Messaging: Callers leave recorded messages, such as their name, address, product specifications, order information, etc.

  4. Facsimile: Sends pre-stored faxes of printed information in response to caller request. News reports, stock reports & so forth can be made available through pre-programmed computerized fax services.
